By browsing our online catalogue, generating price estimations, submitting order cart selections, or booking fireworks via WhatsApp/phone, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with ordering.

2. Age & Legal Eligibility (18+ Requirement)

In compliance with the Indian Explosives Act and child protection laws, you must be at least 18 years of age to place an order or receive fireworks deliveries. Minors are strictly prohibited from submitting orders. By submitting an order or enquiry, you confirm that you are an adult competent to contract.

3. Explosives Act & Regulatory Compliance

All crackers featured on this catalogue are compliant with guidelines issued by the Supreme Court of India, Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO), and local statutory authorities:

• Green Crackers: We support eco-conscious celebrations and prioritize green formulations with reduced emissions and decibel limits.
• Online Transactions: Online selection through our portal serves as a digital quotation enquiry and booking request. Final sales and billing are coordinated in strict accordance with explosive handling licenses and transport guidelines.
• Usage Compliance: Customers must adhere to all local administration time windows and silence zone restrictions when bursting fireworks during Diwali and celebrations.

4. Order Inquiries, Estimates & Confirmation

Submitting an order list through our shopping cart or WhatsApp button creates a formal seasonal enquiry / price estimation:

• Our sales coordination desk verifies seasonal stock availability and confirms delivery logistics with you.
• Final order confirmation takes effect once the customer approves the invoice breakdown and completes payment through authorized bank/UPI channels.
• SMM Crackers reserves the right to substitute an out-of-stock item with an equivalent or higher-value cracker of the same category after obtaining customer consent.

5. Pricing, Billing & Flat Discount Rules

All prices displayed in our online catalogue reflect transparent manufacturer pricing:

• Flat Discount Billing: The net selling price displayed is calculated after applying our flat festive discount (e.g. 90% OFF on printed MRP). No separate promo code is needed.

6. Transport Booking & Safe Delivery Policy

Due to central safety regulations prohibiting fireworks shipment through standard air mail or postal couriers (India Post, air express), all fireworks are securely transported via certified road parcel carriers across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh:

• Customers are provided a Lorry Receipt (LR Copy) with tracking number via WhatsApp upon dispatch.
• Parcels are delivered to the transport carrier’s designated parcel godown in your town for collection, or delivered door-to-door where local hub facilities permit.

7. Fireworks Storage & Safety Responsibility

Upon receipt of delivery, the buyer assumes full custody and responsibility for the safe keeping of fireworks:

• Keep cartons away from moisture, open cooking areas, electrical heat sources, and out of reach of unsupervised children.
• Always burst crackers in open outdoor grounds with water buckets and adult supervision readily available.

8. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with orders placed through SMM Crackers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Madurai / Virudhunagar (Sivakasi), Tamil Nadu.
