Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Authorized Fireworks Commercial Road Transport

Under Central Government transport and explosive handling safety guidelines, fireworks and crackers cannot be shipped via regular domestic air express couriers (such as Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post) due to flight safety regulations. Therefore, all consignments from Sri Madurai Meenakshi Crackers (SMM Crackers) are dispatched exclusively through licensed, heavy commercial road transport parcel services operating directly out of Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu.

2. States & Delivery Coverage

We provide comprehensive transport parcel dispatch service across South India:

3. Transport Godown Pickup vs Door Delivery

In standard commercial transport operations:

• Hub / Branch Pickup (Recommended): When your parcel arrives at the transport company's branch office in your town, they will notify you by phone. You can collect your consignment directly from the transport branch office.
• Local Door Delivery: In select major metropolitan cities (such as Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, and Madurai), the local transport hub may offer last-mile doorstep delivery for an extra nominal local delivery charge paid directly to the local driver.

4. Moisture-Proof Industrial Packaging

Safety and quality are our top priorities:

• Each cracker box is safely arranged and cushioned inside heavy-grade corrugated cartons.
• Cartons are wrapped with waterproof protective plastic lining to protect fuses from dampness and monsoon rains during transit.
• Cartons are reinforced with high-tensile polypropylene strapping tape to prevent tampering during long road transit.

5. Lorry Receipt (LR) & WhatsApp Tracking Updates

Once your order is loaded onto the transport carrier in Sivakasi:

• Our warehouse team photographs your sealed carton and the official Lorry Receipt (LR Copy).
• The LR image containing your booking number, parcel count, transport company name, and local destination contact number is dispatched directly to your registered WhatsApp mobile number.
• You can quote the LR number to contact the transport branch and monitor delivery status.

6. Estimated Transit Schedules

Standard estimated road transit times from Sivakasi:

• Tamil Nadu: 2 to 3 Business Days
• Karnataka: 3 to 5 Business Days
• Kerala: 3 to 5 Business Days
• Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 4 to 6 Business Days

7. Diwali Peak Season Dispatch Advice

During the final 10 days leading up to Deepavali, inter-state commercial road transport routes experience massive seasonal vehicle congestion:

• We strongly advise placing your order at least 12 to 15 days ahead of Diwali to guarantee timely arrival before the festival.
• Orders placed during the last 5 days before Diwali may face unexpected transport delays beyond our control.
